Del Trueno Kennels has found that the Dogo Argentino is a multifaceted dog; however its primary reason for existence has and always will be hunting.
Hunting is a major factor in what gives the Dogo Argentino its balanced temperament. An experienced hunting dog is a dog that needs to easily be handled by strangers and be well socialized
with other dogs that are not within their pack; a fight between dogs while on the hunt is not permitted.
Just as the absence of hunting does not make for a more docile dog, hunting does not make for a more aggressive dog.
